Stir-fried oyster mushrooms
Materials:
- 2 packs of oyster mushrooms
- 1/2 tempe board
- 4 cloves of shallot
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 5 green chilies
- Oyster sauce
- mushroom broth
- salt and sugar
How to make:
- Wash the mushrooms clean, set aside, set aside.
- Tempeh fried half dry. Set aside.
