Stir-fried oyster mushrooms

Materials:
- 2 packs of oyster mushrooms
- 1/2 tempe board
- 4 cloves of shallot
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 5 green chilies
- Oyster sauce
- mushroom broth
- salt and sugar

How to make:
- Wash the mushrooms clean, set aside, set aside.
- Tempeh fried half dry. Set aside.
- Saute two onions and chili until fragrant, add mushrooms, stir well, add oyster sauce, mushroom broth, sugar and salt. Stir well.
- Add tempeh, add a little water, cook until the seasoning is absorbed. Remove and serve.
