Materials:
- 500 gr squid
- pokak to taste
- salt / flavoring
- sufficiently sliced onion
- tomato / diced chunks
- lime juice
- lime leaves
Ground spices:
- bamer 12-15 small pieces
- 1 cloves baput
- 1 ounce green chili
How to make:
- Clean wash, cut into pieces.
- Flush with lime juice and salt let stand 5 minutes then rinse, fry the squid briefly and drain
- Wash pokak, fry briefly, set aside
- Coarse chili, salt / flavoring
- Heat the oil, add the onion, chopped tomatoes until wilted, add the chilli peppers and orange leaves
- Add squid and pokak stir until well mixed serve.
