Quail egg spinach of Indonesian food

Materials:
- 1 large bunch of kale spinach
- 15 hard boiled quail eggs
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 3 grains of finely chopped garlic
- 2 tablespoons of salted tauco
- 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
- Salty soy sauce according to taste
- Sweet soy sauce according to taste
- Mushroom powder broth to taste
- 1 teaspoon mashed black pepper
- 1 glass of water
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch solution + a little water
- oil for sauteing

How to make:
- Saute garlic and onion until fragrant. Add the tauco followed by oyster sauce, soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, broth powder and pepper.
- Enter stir-fried water spinach until wilted and then pour water, if it is boiling, enter quail eggs.
- Pour the cornstarch solution little by little while continuing to stir until it thickens. Taste correction. When it's done, turn off the heat. Remove and serve immediately.
