Materials:
- Beef meatballs to taste or replace boiled quail eggs to taste
- Ear mushrooms to taste, cut according to taste
- Soun, soak briefly with plain water, drain

- Leeks and celery to taste

- Cooking oil for saute seasoning
- 1/2 clove onion, finely chopped / rough
- 3-4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 2 cm ginger, sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1/2 nutmeg powder
- Salt & powdered broth to taste
- 800 ml
- 1 liter of chicken / beef broth.
How to make:
- Saute garlic, onion and ginger until fragrant, powdered nutmeg and ground pepper, stir well.
- Add the broth to taste, let it boil.
- Add carrots, leave until half cooked, then add meatballs, shredded chicken, peas, mushrooms and powdered broth, salt, cook them all until cooked.
- Shortly before the fire is turned off, add the leeks.
- Serve with fried onions and celery.
