Shrimp Curry of Indonesian food


Materials: - 250 gr shrimp - Long beans to taste - Tempe to taste - 1 pete board - 2 pieces of kandis acid - 2 bay leaves - 1 sheet of turmeric leaves - 1 lemongrass stick, bruised - 1 galangal segment, geprek - 3 turmeric leaves - 1 small coconut milk saset (65ml), may replace fresh coconut milk according to taste - sufficient water (approximately 400-500 ml) - sufficient broth powder (may not use) - whole cereal if you like Ground spices: - 15 cayenne pepper / according to taste - 3 cloves of garlic - 8-10 cloves of onion - 1 ginger segment - 2 candlenuts - 1 cm turmeric - salt to taste How to make: - Prepare a frying pan, mix spices, coconut milk + water + bay leaves, orange leaves, turmeric leaves, lemongrass, galangal. - Cook while stirring until it boils, add shrimp, tempeh and banana, whole cayenne pepper. Cook for a while while stirring, then add long beans, kandis acid and powdered broth, cook until all are cooked.
