Pepes lais tempoyak of Indonesian Food

Materials:
- 1/2 kg lais fish
- 1 lime fruit
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons tempoyak
- 1 lemongrass

Smooth Spices:
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 6 cloves of shallot
- 3 candlenuts
- 2 cm turmeric
- 1 cm ginger
- 1/2 tomato
- 5 red chilies
- 2 cm laos
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar

Equipment:
- Basil and cayenne pepper
- To taste banana leaves

How to make:
- Wash the fish lais thoroughly, then give lemon juice, give a little salt, let stand 15 minutes.
- Saute all spices and lemongrass with a little oil until fragrant.
- Then give salt and sugar also add tempoyak tasting then remove the marinade. Smear the fish with basil leaves, and cayenne pepper.
- Wrap, pin the tip of the banana leaf with a toothpick.
- Steam for about 30 minutes.
