Garang tamarind chicken of Indonesian food

- 5 bay leaves
- 3 pieces of orange leaf
- sugar, salt, chicken flavored broth
- banana leaves to taste

How to make:
- I stole the chicken that has been cleaned with lime juice.
- Leave it for a minute.
- Rinse with clean water.
- Boil the chicken for a while until all the poop comes out. Clean again. Set aside.
- Heat the cooking oil. Sauté the seasoning slices until fragrant. Add chicken and stir well.
- Add water. Cook until boiling.
- If it is boiling, pour fiber creme, sugar, salt, powdered broth.
- Stir well. Taste correction. Cook until the coconut milk shrinks and the chicken is cooked.
- Prepare a container, cover it with banana leaves.
- Pour chicken and gravy and seasoning complement. Cover with banana leaves.
- Steam for 30 minutes.
- Raise and serve.
