Materials:
3 boxes of white tofu
1 chicken egg
2 cloves of garlic
4 shallots
3 cayenne peppers
4 red chilies
1 stalk of onion
1 celery stick
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Salt to taste according to taste
Right amount of oil
How to cook:
Heat cooking oil, saute shallot, garlic, red chili, and cayenne pepper, add salt to taste.
Add white tofu and don't flip it too often.
Pour one glass of mineral water and boil together with the seasoning stir.
Break the eggs in it and let stand a few moments, do not stir until boiling.
Add soy sauce, chives and celery.
Serve.
